Project Manager – R&D (Mechanical) Work Flexibility: Hybrid What You Will Do Lead end-to-end execution of complex mechanical and electro-mechanical R&D programs from concept through commercialization. Own and manage integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and dependencies. Drive disciplined execution using phase-gate / PDP frameworks while ensuring Design Control compliance. Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Clinical, Marketing) across global sites. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical, regulatory, supply chain, and schedule risks. Develop and manage project budgets, resource plans, procurement strategies, and supplier engagements. Lead governance activities including design reviews, phase-gate reviews, executive updates, and escalation forums.
