Senior Project Manager (M&E)

Responsibilities

• Assist in obtaining all relevant approvals for construction of projects including layout plan, earthworks, building plan approval, and certificate of fitness/compliance and completion when necessary.
• Contribute towards finalisation of designs and materials proposed by consultants and contractors for the projects.
• Oversee and monitor the progress of construction works to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with contracts and construction drawings, especially regarding specifications, quality, and time of completion.
• Ensure the procedure outlined in the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Company Quality Management System Manual are adhered to during construction works.
• Attend to site valuation with representatives from Contracts Department to determine the quantum of payment due to contractors and, if deemed fit, issue written instructions to retain a sum of monies due to contractor for non‑compliance ...
