Job Description

CMC Markets is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager on a 12 month FTC to lead large-scale, multi-stream business change initiatives from inception through to successful delivery. This is a high-impact role, partnering across business and technology teams to deliver strategic transformation in a dynamic, regulated fintech environment.
What you’ll be doing
Lead complex, cross-functional projects spanning technology, operations, compliance, risk, finance and front office teams, ensuring alignment and on-time delivery.
Own end-to-end project lifecycle management, from initiation and mobilisation through to closure and benefits realisation.
Develop and maintain robust project plans, governance frameworks, RAID logs and high-quality reporting packs for Steering Committees and senior stakeholders.
