Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple, high-impact projects across departments or global teams.Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives and third parties.Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and adjust plans as necessary to stay aligned with goals.Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.Lead regular project meetings and provide status reports to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
