Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct technical staff or Project Managers on complex water system design projects
- Lead construction administration including progress meetings, submittal reviews, and RFIs
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and QA/QC reviews for project teams
- Oversee technical accuracy of plans, specifications, reports, and calculations
- Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and negotiating fees
- Present technical information to clients and at public meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- 12+ years of related experience with 8+ years specialized in drinking water
- Professional engineering license (PE)
- Experience in consulting engineering industry
- Experience working with local clients and regulatory agencies
