Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of large-scale, complex Operational Risk Management (ORM) initiatives, often within highly regulated environments. This includes end-to-end ownership of projects involving risk frameworks, regulatory compliance, and enterprise transformation.
Key Responsibilities 
Own and deliver complex, multi-stream Operational Risk projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal risk frameworks
Act as the primary client interface, engaging senior stakeholders including Risk, Compliance, and Executive leadership
Drive the full project lifecycle, from initiation through implementation and post-go-live optimisation
Lead risk framework implementations (e.g., RCSA, KRI, Issue Management, Risk Appetite)
Ensure alignment with regulatory expectations (e.g., Basel III/IV, SOX, FCA/PRA guidelines where applicable)
