This role requires 9 years of project management experience, a proven history of managing vendor relationships, and expertise in handling cross-functional teams. You will lead efforts from the initial discovery phase to production readiness, ensuring all deliverables meet executive reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end program delivery and stakeholder engagement
• Manage vendor accountability and execution governance
• Ensure operational readiness for successful go-live
• Prepare executive-level reporting and updates
• Oversee interdependencies between technology, operations, and customer experience
