Job Description
The Senior Project Manager leads delivery of large, complex, or multi-workstream engagements — owning the integrated plan, commercials, senior stakeholder relationships, and delivery governance. The role operates with significant autonomy, deputizing for the Delivery Manager where required, and coaching PMs across the program.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of major workstreams or a portfolio of projects: integrated planning, cross-workstream dependencies, and critical path management.
- Lead delivery governance: steering committee preparation, executive status reporting, stage-gate reviews, and escalation management.
- Manage project commercials: budget tracking, forecasting, resource planning, invoicing milestones, and change request commercial impact.
- Own senior stakeholder relationships on the client side; negotiate priorities, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts constructively.
