Position Summary
- This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing site operations governance, regulatory compliance, government affairs, and strategic stakeholder engagement in the Philippines. The role requires a seasoned operations leader with proven experience managing large-scale sites of at least 500+ employees (preferably 1,000+), driving operational excellence, resolving complex business challenges, and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- The successful candidate must demonstrate strong project management and delivery capabilities, utilizing structured methodologies to execute projects from initiation through closure while ensuring compliance, operational stability, and stakeholder alignment. Experience in site management, business continuity planning (BCP), government relations, and regulatory compliance is highly preferred.
