Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager – Buildings (Construction Phase Lead) – responsible for pre‑contract tender closeout, award and complete post‑contract delivery of works packages for luxury hospitality building projects.

• Act as the interface and single focal point of contact between the client, consultants and construction contractors.
• Coordinate project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate building services design and execution between engineering, architecture and civil/structural disciplines.
• Initiate and manage building services designs to meet budget.
• Apply quality management principles and risk assessment & management processes.
• Provide strategic planning advice for phasing, sequencing of infrastructure works and authority approval processes.
