Senior Project Cost Control

Experience in major construction projects is essential.

• Manage the project budget scope from project start up through to final closeout.
• Set up project cost report.
• Monitor construction schedule for all work packages in conjunction with construction PM’s.
• Highlight any schedule and/or budget issues.
• Work with GC and client on mitigation plans.
• Validate all commercial claims together with scope input from project technical team and project management.
• Ensure timely submission of all documentation with regard to progress claims.

• Ensure all invoices are submitted in a timely manner to meet client GR/CF plan.
• Closely manage all contractors for invoice submission to meet GR.
