About the Job
We are seeking a Senior Project Construction Manager to play a pivotal leadership role from the earliest stages of a major project. The role is embedded at the front end of the project lifecycle and adopts a “right‑to‑left” delivery approach. Based initially in Woking for the first 12–18 months, you will collaborate with engineering, supply chain and project management teams to ensure the project is fully constructable, shape construction strategy, optimise sequencing and resolve potential issues early.
As the project progresses you will relocate to Saudi Arabia, taking overall responsibility for the construction phase. You will continue to provide strategic leadership, drive coordination, performance and stakeholder alignment while site teams manage day‑to‑day execution.
