Duties And Responsibilities

• Design and develop tools for conducting comprehensive learning needs assessments.
• Develop detailed project concept notes and proposals.
• Develop and maintain key project management documents, including:
  • Project Implementation Plans
  • Budgets
  • Risk Assessments
• Design innovative learning experiences for online, face‑to‑face, or blended training programs.
• Create high‑quality learning materials such as narratives, slide decks, video scripts, and assessments that align with learning objectives.
• Lead and facilitate engaging learning sessions for diverse audiences, ensuring effective delivery of content and achievement of learning outcomes.
• Manage comprehensive documentation for programs or projects, including portfolios of partners and stakeholders.
