Scope:
The Senior Program Manager, RME SC Mile Partner, INOps leads all strategic requirements across Amazon India's Sort Center network, encompassing 20 SCs across 12 cities and delivering across the length and breadth of the country. The role oversees nine critical verticals: Safety, Cost, New Technology Initiatives, Reliability Engineering, Base Building Management, Asset Performance Management (APM), Sustainability, Skill Development and Business Analytics across a diverse portfolio of building formats including small, medium, large and Extra Large SC. The role drives transformative initiatives including SC Championships, a technician and Blue Badge skill enhancement and assessment program.
