Senior Program Manager, ODM and OEM Partner Operations

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to own the operating rhythm between internal teams, OEM/ODM partners, and customer-facing deployment programs. This is a high-visibility, operations-focused role that values process rigor, cross-functional coordination, and leadership transparency over deep technical expertise.


What You'll Be Doing:
+ Own the operating rhythm and day-to-day engagement with OEM/ODM ecosystem partners across factory status tracking, hardware deployment achievements, service readiness, and operational execution.
