Job Description
Elevate talent and culture initiatives as a Senior Program Manager at PagerDuty in Toronto. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate global recent-hire orientations and career development
- Analyze feedback to refine programming and delivery methods

- Oversee major ERG events and initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 7+ years in L&D; and culture program delivery
- 5+ years in program management within HR
