Job Description

Elevate talent and culture initiatives as a Senior Program Manager at PagerDuty in Toronto. Lead impactful global programs and drive continuous improvement in employee engagement and onboarding experiences. In this key role, you will shape Learning & Development along with Global Belonging Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate global recent-hire orientations and career development
  • Analyze feedback to refine programming and delivery methods
  • Design participant materials reflecting best practices
  • Collaborate across functions to enhance onboarding journeys
  • Oversee major ERG events and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years in L&D; and culture program delivery
  • 5+ years in program management within HR
  • Robust knowledge of instructional design practices
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making
