Job Description
**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Program Control Analyst** to join our team in **Lexington Park, MD** . This is a **hybrid** role with 1-2 days onsite per week.
The Senior Program Control Analyst will leverage their strong financial background and expertise to support the Sponsor’s program execution efforts, to include creating complex financial models, managing project budgets, tracking contract funding, and completing required financial reporting and analysis.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Developing, maintaining, and analyzing program budgets, fiscal forecasts, and comprehensive variance reports to ensure optimal financial health.
