Own high-impact, multi-supplier tooling programs and set standards for qualification, change control, and sustained capability.
What You'll Do
- Lead complex tool qualification and systemic issue prevention across parts and suppliers.
- Establish standards for capability evidence, maintenance strategy, and change control.
- Mentor others and raise the technical bar on supplier and tooling work.
