Senior Production Test Engineer - Global Quality

Nexperia is looking for a Senior Test Engineer based in Seremban. This role requires managing and optimizing production test solutions for IC products in high-volume manufacturing settings. You will ensure test program performance and lead improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Electronic Engineering, strong knowledge of Analog and Logic ICs, and proficiency in C/C++. Experience with semiconductor ATE platforms is essential, along with strong analytical skills and effective communication in English.
