Senior Production Supervisor - Nights

Join us as a Senior Production Supervisor at our Kansas City plant, where you will lead production associates and help deliver strong results across safety, quality, service, cost, and people development.
In this role, you will oversee daily production activities for your assigned shift, support team capability, and help ensure our operations run safely and efficiently. You will partner closely with plant leadership, maintenance, quality, and other cross-functional teams to solve problems, improve performance, and support a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
