Senior Production Lead: Steel Fabrication & CNC Automation

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Production Manager for steel fabrication to lead our CNC, laser cutting, and robotic welding operations in Singapore.

You will oversee both factory production and on-site installation coordination to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in steel fabrication or heavy engineering, with hands-on knowledge of CNC/laser equipment, welding systems, and fabrication processes.
