Senior Production Engineer - Precast & Process Optimisation

Hynds Pipe Systems Limited in Pokeno is seeking an experienced Senior Production Engineer to lead the Precast and Reinforcing team on-site. You will own complex projects from concept to completion, drive process improvements, and ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production.

You will oversee daily production, coordinate resources, and collaborate with Sales, Quality, and Site Supervisors to maximise uptime and quality across precast operations.
