Senior Production Engineer — Precast Manufacturing Lead

Hynds Limited in Pokeno, Waikato, seeks an experienced Senior Production Engineer to lead and optimise site operations within the Precast and Reinforcing team. You will own complex projects from concept to completion, drive manufacturing best practices, and ensure safe, efficient, cost-effective production.

You will coordinate daily production, provide technical direction, and drive QC measures while coaching the team to uphold Hynds' safety and performance culture.
