Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end payments delivery roadmap, including financial reporting, payout operations, refunds, disputes, and tax compliance.
- Drive the rollout of the Stripe Connect / PFaaS model, managing onboarding flows and NetSuite reconciliation.
- Partner with Engineering to handle technical scoping and integration with banking partners and payment processors.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical product requirements.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate spec writing, data analysis, prototyping, and the synthesis of customer feedback.
- Manage a complex backlog across multiple workstreams, ensuring accuracy and traceability of payment data.
