As a Senior Product Designer – Benefits Servicing, you will help shape the end-to-end medical benefits experience across Humana’s digital ecosystem, enabling members to understand, access, and maximize their healthcare coverage with confidence. Through exceptional design execution, user-centered thinking, and cross-functional collaboration, you will create intuitive experiences that simplify complex benefits information, support informed healthcare decisions, and improve members’ ability to navigate care.

In this role, you will partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to design solutions that drive meaningful outcomes for members and the business.
