Requirements
- This role requires strong product thinking, systems thinking, and autonomy. We’re looking for someone who can proactively identify opportunities, independently drive discovery and research initiatives, challenge assumptions, and influence product direction beyond their immediate scope
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products in cross-functional product teams
- Strong experience independently conducting and leading user research activities
- Strong product thinking and ability to connect user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Excellent interaction design, systems thinking, and information architecture skills to simplify complex systems, processes, and data-heavy experiences
- Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to articulate both detailed design decisions and broader strategic rationale
