Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Product team, supporting the evolution of our Pix and Emerging Payment Rails within Cash Management.
This role will work closely with Product Leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative payment solutions that address client needs, regulatory requirements, and business opportunities. The ideal candidate combines strong product management experience with enough technical fluency to effectively collaborate with Engineering, without being a software developer.
Key Responsibilities
Support the evolution of the product roadmap for Pix and Emerging Payment Rails.
Lead product discovery activities to identify customer pain points, market opportunities, and new product enhancements.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with Product Leadership.
Translate business needs into clear and well-structured functional requirements.
