Senior Product Analyst (POS Loans), Salmon

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our POS Loans team.

In this role you will dive into two streams: behavioral research of our clients and our sales agents as well. Turning raw data into business statements you will play a decisive role in improving strategies regarding acquisition, product offer and hiring.

To do this you will collaborate closely with the product team, development team and DWH team – our processes, products, and internal infrastructure are actively evolving, requiring deep understanding of data and its nature. Your work will directly impact on decision-making and economics.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and implementing A/B product tests from ideation to result evaluation
• Generating hypotheses for optimization in various flow components
