Position Summary:

The temporary Senior Producer is responsible for the creation and successful launch of a 12-month cross-channel pilot project. This show and modular content will include live radio, digital, video and social deliverables that inform, include and inspire with heavy emphasis on “INSPIRE.” As a crucial MPR News team leader, the Senior Producer will develop the multilayered project from the ground up, working in tandem with and assigning/coordinating hosts, reporters, digital producers, and content across channels meeting and exceeding the highest performance standards. This position requires a confident innovator who understands how to engage, serve, and grow audience, leveraging production experience as well as data driven analysis.
