Senior Procurement Officer

To lead the procurement of materials, plant, equipment, and subcontract packages for infrastructure projects, ensuring the timely acquisition of compliant and cost‑effective resources that support project delivery. The Senior Procurement Engineer is responsible for managing the full procurement lifecycle, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and coordination with project teams to ensure procurement activities are aligned with project schedules, budgets, and company objectives.
