Senior Process Safety & Fire Protection Engineer

Purpose

As a Senior Process Safety Engineer, you will provide advanced technical expertise and leadership in process safety and fire protection engineering in support of Worley and its clients. This role is responsible for the high-quality delivery of process safety and fire protection studies and design input across medium to large projects, while supporting the development and application of Worley standards, methodologies, and best practices. Technical Delivery & Engineering Excellence

Provide technical leadership and hands‑on delivery for core process safety and fire protection activities, including: Hazard identification and risk assessment (HAZID, HAZOP, What‑If, Bowtie) Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA) Safety Integrity Level (SIL) studies and lifecycle support Qualitative and quantitative risk assessment and consequence modelling (fire, explosion, toxic dispersion) Facility siting and layout risk assessments Inherently safer de...
