Senior Process Engineer (Mechanical Assembly)

We are looking to add a Senior Process Engineer (Mechanical Assembly) in Guadalajara, North Campus. This role reports to the Process Engineer Manager and focuses on process‑engineering capabilities to improve cost, quality, and delivery for a PCBA manufacturing organization.

• Develop mechanical assembly processes that ensure stability, capacity, and continuous improvement.
• Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.
• Prepare justification, purchase, and implement capital equipment for production.
• Develop, implement and own process control methodologies.
