Senior Power Device Engineer
Location: Cambridge, UK
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Power Device Engineer to lead research and innovation projects for GaN power devices and ICs, working across multidisciplinary teams in Cambridge, UK.
Main Responsibilities
- Technical, multidisciplinary leadership of GaN power IC research and innovation projects.
- Feasibility studies of novel GaN IC concepts: hands‑on concept simulations, evaluations, design (TCAD to device design), characterization of novel concepts.
- Liaise with experts in Analog IC Design, Reliability, Power Device Packaging, Testing and Operations.
- Understand critical project paths and identify topics early for resolution with the multidisciplinary team.
- Manage technology requirements and specifications in collaboration with Marketing, Business Development and Application Engineering.
