About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Planning & Scheduling Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong expertise in Oil & Gas Turnarounds and Shutdowns . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and managing large-scale, resource-loaded schedules (10,000+ activities) for refinery, petrochemical, LNG, gas processing, or similar industrial maintenance shutdown projects.

This role will work closely with client teams, engineering, maintenance, operations, project controls, contractors, and digital teams to develop execution-ready schedules and optimize turnaround performance.
