Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our Build Subdivision and play a key role in the successful planning and delivery of major build construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Required:
- Strongunderstanding of NEC and JCT contracts.
- Degree/HND/HNC in Construction / Engineering orappropriate professional qualification.
- Advanced competence in appropriate Planningsoftware
- Broadexperience within appropriate construction environment.
- Activeexperience of working with a wide range of planning techniques in bothtendering and contract delivery.
- Anadvanced understanding of the commercial and contractual processes within theplanning function.
- Proven experience developing andmanaging programmes using Asta Powerproject
- Major build, infrastructure or Tier 1 contractor experience.
- Experiencein the use of TILOS software.
