Senior Physician Recruitment & Licensing Lead

AMERICAN HOSPITAL seeks a senior leader to manage end-to-end physician recruitment, licensing, and onboarding across the hospital and satellites. You will drive workforce planning, digital recruitment, and compliant processes under UAE Labour Law, DHA, and JCIA standards.

You will oversee sourcing, licensing coordination, onboarding, data reporting, and stakeholder management to ensure high-quality physician talent pipelines for local and international markets.
