The Senior Pharmacy Clinical Advisor advises and collaborates with cross functional leaders with goals of combining clinical pharmacy acumen with holistic desired health outcomes. The Senior Pharmacy Clinical Advisor work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Senior Pharmacy Clinical Advisor will be a part of a collaborative Pharmacy Stars team which is accountable for Humana’s Stars patient safety measure performance. The Senior Pharmacy Clinical Advisor will develop, implement, and manage clinical program strategies to improve Medicare members' appropriate medication use with specific focus on provider and member engagement solutions delivered through multiple channels.
