Senior Personnel Security Advisor – Strategic Risk

Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment in Wellington seeks a Lead Advisor – Personnel Security to shape how MBIE identifies and manages people-related security risks, strengthening organisational resilience and a trusted workforce. You will advise on suitability, clearances and insider risk as part of a strategic security framework across the employment lifecycle.

You will work with People and Culture, managers and external partners to lift personnel security capability, applying sound
