Senior People Partner — Build a Scalable Global People Function

Sona is seeking a Senior People Partner responsible for the daily operations of its People function as the company grows. This role reports directly to the Chief of Staff & VP of People, focusing on business partnering and the execution of essential processes for a 150+ person global team.

The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments, with experience in performance management, employee relations, and drive to build successful People projects from scratch.
