 :We are looking for a data enthusiast who will be the vital link between our management and the people and finance departments by providing insights and recommendations based on thorough data analysis to drive business decisions and enhance employee experiences.
How you’ll add value:
Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data related to employee costs, including salaries, benefits, and other compensation-related expenses.
Own the budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning and actual costs processes in all matters related to employee costs
Enable leads to be constantly aware of their teams costs by developing and maintaining dashboards and reports. Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, highlighting financial impacts and cost-saving opportunities.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness and keep on evolving the ways we plan and report.
