Senior People and Capability Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Senior People and Capability Advisor to partner with our leaders and provide trusted, high-quality people advice. Working closely with People Leaders across the organisation, you will provide expert coaching and guidance across the full HR lifecycle – from performance and development through to employment relations, organisational change, workforce planning and talent. Alongside this, you will lead regular and cyclical people reporting through our HRIS, analyse workforce data and translate insights into clear advice that shapes P&C strategies, informs decision‑making and drives continuous improvement – including through the responsible use of digital and AI‑enabled tools.
