Overview
The Senior Payroll Coordinator is responsible for supporting Actionmarguerite’s payroll function and will provide leadership to the Payroll Team to ensure timely and accurate payroll transactions. The Senior Payroll Coordinator, in collaboration with the payroll team, is responsible for the overall preparation, processing and submission of the bi-weekly payroll, associated reporting requirements and year-end processes using the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
The Senior Payroll Coordinator reports to the Human Resources Manager and will work closely with other members of the HR team. The incumbent will provide services to all Actionmarguerite sites and applicable service contracts.
