Job Description

Senior Payroll Coordinator

£55,000 – £60,000

Job Overview

You will support the payroll team with delivery of monthly payrolls as well as some accounting duties.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly payroll process, including input and data uploads
  • Dealing with queries from employees and stakeholders
  • Statutory reporting, including P60s, P11ds and PAYE Settlement Agreement
  • Journal uploads and reconciliation of control accounts.

Essential Skills and Competencies

  • UK Payroll legislation knowledge
  • High level of computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • High level of organisational ability; ability to work to tight deadlines and targets
  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Experience with ADP iHCM
