Senior Payroll Accountant

We are hiring a Senior Payroll Accountant to support our growing Global Shared Service Payroll Accounting function for an international organization. You will help ensure correct payroll accounting across jurisdictions, reconcile internal systems, and resolve complex cases while working with auditors and partner teams. Responsibilities

• Execute payroll accounting for designated EPAM subsidiaries in LatAm and maintain US GAAP bookkeeping for payroll-related activities, including standard accounting entries and accruals
• Review and reconcile payroll data across internal systems to maintain alignment and correctness
• Resolve complicated payroll cases through investigation and prompt follow-up
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enable payroll-related activities
• Handle audit inquiries and join regular sessions with internal and external auditors
