Senior Patient Service & Appointment Coordinator

SingHealth’s Call Centre Shared Service is hiring a Senior/Patient Service Associate on a contract basis to be the first point of contact for Radiological Sciences SingHealth and related clinics in Singapore.

You will handle multi-channel inquiries, book and adjust appointments, and ensure smooth coordination between Radiology and Specialist Outpatient Clinic bookings, contributing to a better patient experience.
