Senior Palliative Care Nurse - Cross-Site (Contract)

JurongHealth Campus invites applications for Senior / Staff Nurse – Specialty Care (Palliative) on a contract basis. The role spans acute and community settings, including nursing homes and hospice teams, to deliver patient‑centred palliative care.

You will work across Ng Teng Fong Hospital and partnered NHs, manage a specialist palliative caseload, educate staff, and coordinate end‑of‑life care in collaboration with the MDT.
