About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Organisational Development Advisor to join our Christchurch-based People & Culture team.

In this role, you'll partner with leaders across the business to design, deliver and embed practical learning, capability and organisational development initiatives that strengthen leadership, team performance, and employee experience, while using workforce insights to support business improvement, growth and a broader digital transformation programme. This is a hands‑on senior practitioner role, so you'll move between advisory, design, facilitation and practical delivery activity to make sure initiatives land well.
