Senior Order Processing Specialist

Handle data entry for inventory, shipments, and warehouse operations.
Maintain accurate records of stock movements, deliveries, and returns.
Update warehouse management systems (WMS) with stock transactions.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure stock accuracy.
Assist in stock audits and cycle counts.
Process and track purchase orders and customer shipments.
Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and customers regarding deliveries.
Ensure shipping documents, invoices, and packing lists are correctly filed.
Work closely with warehouse supervisors, logistics teams, and procurement.
Address issues related to missing or damaged stock.
