Senior Order Management & Billing Specialist

We are currently looking for a Senior Order Management & Billing Specialist to join our Penang and global Finance team! The team comprises 5 members in Penang and reports to the Senior Manager. In this role, you will be an integral part of both the local and global Finance teams.

Role Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely management of orders and credits from sales through to invoicing, working closely with our internal Sales, Support, Collections, and Cash Application teams. The successful candidate will follow Clarivate’s order processing and billing policies and procedures and be a team player with the ability to work across departments.
