In this 12-month contract, you will focus on Oracle Cloud HCM, leveraging 7-9 years of experience in implementations and support. Your hands-on skills with modules like Absence, Compensation, and Recruiting will be key as you partner with multiple teams. Engage in configuring and optimizing HR processes while ensuring payroll integrations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure Oracle Cloud modules for enhanced functionality
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams on projects
• Support payroll integrations and processes effectively
• Conduct testing and ongoing troubleshooting tasks
• Gather requirements and perform fit-gap analyses
Requirements:
• 7-9+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Core HR modules
